On May 7, 2000 I started updating my wavsite with a new wav daily. At the time my site was on Xoom.com, but was yanked for some (unknown to me) reason on May 14, 2000. On May 15, 2000 I signed up for a site on 50megs.com and have been happily updating every day since. September 1, 2000 pp - 65k - Elf's writing teacher has an AOL account. So do all of us. He looked for her member profile. There was none, Elf will be asking her about this in class today. I have my two link pages that still need work. - My Smallest Wav Library is 'unavailable' thanks to the 'qwikpages.com' being down. I may have to spend several hours re-uploading it to another server. - The Movie Sound Ring moderator has requested that I take down the dozen or so titles on my Movie page that link directly to Elf's wav pages because "having the same content on two sites in the ring might be frustrating for the ring surfers". He has a point, but it's still a lot of work for me! Now I gotta hurry up and get my other movie pages finished & uploaded! - It's not fair!!! September 7, 2000 No update. Twilight zone... September 8, 2000 putcandle - 115k - "Put another candle on my birthday cake. We're gonna bake a birthday cake. Put another candle on my birthday cake. And I (being the cheapskate that I am!) am putting up his all-time most favorite wav. When Elf and Punz were first 'engaged' early last year, Punz made this wav especially for him. You've got wavs!.. Woohoo!" September 13, 2000 911call - 310k - mpeg layer3 wav - This wav has been around for a couple of years. It is a real phone call to 911 about a guy's run in with a deer and a dog. WARNING! The words 'm****r-f****n' is used quite a bit. But it is funnier than he... heck!!! September 14, 2000 Punz has officially banned me from the kitchen. I managed to burn my hand while taking the pan of fries out of the oven. So the new wav pages are going to be even later! September 15 - 16, 2000 No Update - ask me no questions... and I won't have to make up any stories. September 17, 2000 hh-achtung - 29k - from Hogan's Heroes, Sgt Shultz "Achtung!", Carter "And a good morning to you too, Shultz." What a day for television! Premiered today on ABC in 1963 The Fugitive, and in 1964 Bewitched. On CBS in 1965 Hogan's Heroes, and in 1967 Mission Impossible. And let's not forget in 1972... M*A*S*H! September 18, 2000 playdoc - 71k - from Tales From The Crypt, Crypt Keeper "Wanna play 'Doctor'? Then open wide and say AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Thanx Somer for identifying this wav! Poor pitiful me! I've got an ear-ache, and I'm trying to get in to see the doctor today. Update: I get to see the doc tomorrow at 10:30. AAAAAHHHHHHHHH! September 19, 2000 notgoing - 19k - male "I'm not going to school!" Elf has to miss class (too bad it's not his algebra class! yeck!) this morning to go to a meeting for work. Then he gets to play chauffeur and take me to my doctor's appointment. Busy busy busy! September 20 - 21, 2000 Spent these 2 days mostly in bed, with occasional trips to the bathroom to throw up! Thought I'd share that info with ya. :) September 22, 2000 sorryifu - 52k - "Sorry. I f****d up!" I apologize for not updating the last couple days. Between this ear ache and a migraine headache, I was lucky to be able to get out of bed the few times that I did. I am feeling better today! September 25, 2000 No Update :( September 26, 2000 tues - 28k - male "Wait a minute, what am I thinking? Today is Tuesday." Where did Monday go? I do remember the trash guy going by at some point, but the rest of yesterday was a blur! Sorry I didn't update. September 27 & 28, 2000 Waazzuup? Me! I slept in until noon today. Heheeheee... All of these contestants are going to win money but there's only one grand prize. The conversations around here are all saying I hope Curtis wins. Elf doesn't like Josh because of the games he played with Jordan, Brittney, and Jamie. Nobody likes Eddie because of his foul language. He always had liked this movie. He went to a video store that has it in stock, it was rented. Went to another video store, didn't carry it. Went to a Wal-Mart, out of it. Went to another Wal-Mart. THERE YOU ARE!!!!! By the time all this was over almost thirty miles of driving! Elf you are obsessed. |
